Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Greenwolf platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform. Greenwolf is a bankroll management tool for sports bettors and poker players. The Platform does not offer, promote, or facilitate betting. We are exclusively a financial organization and performance analysis tool.

Greenwolf offers the following services: • Bankroll management in multiple currencies (BRL, USD, EUR, GBP) • Sports betting registration and analysis • Poker module for cash games and tournaments • Dashboard with performance metrics (ROI, Win Rate, BB/100) • Betting tips from verified ambassadors • Ambassador profiles and rankings • Reports and data export • Professional calculators (Kelly Criterion, EV) Available features vary according to the subscribed plan (Free or Pro).

To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide true and updated information • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials • Immediately notify of any unauthorized use You are responsible for all activities performed on your account. Greenwolf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Platform offers Free and Pro plans. The Pro plan is billed monthly through Stripe and includes additional features as described on the pricing page. • Subscriptions are automatically renewed • You can cancel at any time through the settings panel • After cancellation, Pro access remains until the end of the paid period • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy Prices may be changed with 30 days prior notice.

Credits are used to reveal ambassador tips: • Credits are purchased in packages through Stripe • Credits do not expire and are non-refundable after use • Each revealed tip consumes the indicated amount of credits • Greenwolf does not guarantee tip results • Tips are the sole responsibility of ambassadors By following a tip, you acknowledge that betting involves risk and that past results do not guarantee future results.

Ambassadors are verified users who share tips on the Platform: • Ambassadors go through a verification process • Statistics and rankings are calculated automatically • Ambassadors receive commission on credits consumed on their tips • Greenwolf is not responsible for tip content • Ambassadors who violate rules may be deactivated To become an ambassador, you must meet minimum requirements and accept the specific program terms.

By using the Platform, you agree NOT to: • Violate applicable laws or regulations • Create multiple accounts to gain undue advantages • Share access credentials with third parties • Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation • Attempt to access restricted areas of the system • Resell or redistribute tips obtained on the Platform • Defame, harass, or harm other users • Manipulate statistics or information Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund rights.

All Platform content, including but not limited to: • Source code, design, and interface • Logos, brands, and visual identity • Texts, graphics, and reports • Algorithms and calculations Are the exclusive property of Greenwolf or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

Greenwolf is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted service availability • Absence of errors or bugs • Specific betting or investment results • Absolute accuracy of calculations and statistics Under no circumstances will Greenwolf be liable for financial losses resulting from bets, even if based on Platform information. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

Greenwolf reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the Platform with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, to the exclusion of any other.
