At Greenwolf, we value our users' satisfaction. This refund policy was created to ensure transparency and security in all transactions related to the Pro plan subscription.

Refund Eligibility

7-day window

The refund request must be made within 7 days after subscription cancellation.

First subscription only

Refunds are only valid for users subscribing to the Pro plan for the first time. Refunds are not granted for renewals or re-subscriptions.

Request via chat

The request must be made exclusively through our support chat for scenario evaluation.

Cancellation and Refund Process

Automatic cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation is scheduled for the end of the already paid period. You continue to have access to the Pro plan until the end of that period.

Refund request

If you want a refund of the amount paid, contact our support via chat within 7 days after cancellation.

Request analysis

Our team will analyze your request considering the eligibility criteria and usage history.

Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Security and Audit Measures

To ensure the integrity of our system and prevent misuse of the refund policy, we perform security analyses that include:

  • IP address and access history verification
  • Platform usage pattern analysis
  • Multiple account creation verification
  • Tip reveal and usage history
  • System audit information

Refund requests made in bad faith, including attempts to use tips before requesting a refund or creating new accounts to obtain multiple refunds, will be denied and may result in permanent platform ban.

Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Users who have previously obtained a refund
  • Automatically renewed subscriptions (cancellation must be done before renewal)
  • Extensive use of Pro features before the refund request
  • Evidence of fraud or system abuse attempts
  • Requests made after the 7-day deadline
